SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 in Canada and USA. For smaller orders, shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Please provide a secure shipping address. Free Label is not responsible if your package goes missing.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

We may be able to change your order once it's been placed. However, once your packing slip has been printed we are unable to make changes to your order. Please email customer care Jess at info@freelabel.com ASAP with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you. We try to ship out in a timely manner, so we may not be able to catch your order before it goes out the door. In this case you will have to initiate a return or exchange if you ordered in error. Please double check your size and shipping address before completing your order. If you need assistance choosing your correct size, don't hesitate to email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship your order in 1-7 business days. We ship via various carriers in order to get you your package quickly. It may take 1-10 business days for you package to arrive. Please wait the 7 business days plus 10 business days to contact us about a late shipment. 

Will there be any added duties or fees to my package upon arrival?

Duties & taxes do depend on country and location. Free label is not responsible for any added duties, taxes or custom costs associated with your order once it has arrived at your doorstep. 

My garment didn't work out! How can I return it? 

No problem, it happens! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if for whatever reason you are not, please read our Return Policy.

How long will it take for my returns to be processed?

Canadian Customers:

Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once everything has been processed. 

US Customers:

Our returns are delivered to us from a sorting facility in Blaine, Washington. Once they have been returned back to us we will sort them and process your orders ASAP. You can expect your return to be processed within 5-7 business days from when your return arrives at our warehouse.

How long will it take to receive my refund once my returns have been processed?

You can expect to see your return in your account within 8-10 businesses days from the date it was processed. This is all dependant on your bank and how quickly they process it! Free Label has is not responsible for delays within your banking institution.

GARMENT INFO

How do I care for my garment?

We always recommend washing Free Label garments in cold water with similar fabrics and hang or lay flat to dry. The less you wash your clothing, the longer they will last (and the better it is for our environment!). Our linen and supima cotton can be tumble dried for added softness but this will shorten the life of your garment.

Where are your clothes made?

Free Label garments are proudly cut and sewn in Vancouver, Canada. Most of our cotton and bamboo materials are sourced from India and USA from eco certified producers and then milled into fabric in Toronto. Free Label fabric is also processed and dyed locally according to Oeko-tex eco-standards. Even our packaging is made in North America from recycled material. Whenever possible, we choose local, ethical and eco-friendly materials.

Are your clothes vegan?

They sure are! We choose organic and sustainable fibers for our Canadian made clothing.

Does all your fabric have stretch?

All fabrics are different! Our custom bamboo is very stretchy so you can often wear more than one size. Our linen and cotton twill do relax a bit, but it's best to choose your size based on your largest measurement. You can read all about our fabrics and get to know our garments better!

ORDERS & CURRENCY

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is where you are able to purchase your items before they have been produced. This means we make the garment just for you! Because we manufacture in small batches, we don't always have stock in fan favorites. So stay in the loop with launches and pre-orders by signing up for our email list, or following us on Instagram!

I'm local to Vancouver. Can I pick up my order?

We are a very small team and do our best to ship your orders out of our small east van warehouse as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pick ups - sorry! We do offer free shipping over $200 to Canada and the USA.

What currency are your prices in?

As a Canadian company, our website is defaulted in Canadian Dollars. However we also have an option for our US and International customers to  pay in USD.


SIZING

What size should I order? 

This can be a tough one! Doesn’t it seem like every brand has a different fit? We know how difficult it can be to order online, which is why we choose flowing and stretchy fabrics for our garments. Often times more than one size can work for one person, it just depends how you like the fit. For more information on our sizing, please refer to our size chart here. Our size chart is quite accurate so make sure you take up to date body measurements and reference the guide! Bra sizing help!

We are working on a bra comparison page right now! This will be a location on our website that will help you determine the best fitting Free Label bra. However, at the moment please refer to our Bra Sizing Chart. You can also read hundreds of reviews on the product pages with fit advice from fellow Free Label customers!

How do I know if it'll work on my body type?

We do our best to showcase models of various sizes, shapes and proportions to give you an idea of how our garments fit. We include all our models measurements on all our product listings for your reference! We also provide lay-flat garment measurements for our non-stretch pieces so you can compare the garments' measurements to clothing you already own. I see your sizing goes to a 4X - will you be expanding your sizing in the future?

Our goal is to always be growing and evolving! We know is so important to get the best fit on all our current sizes before we expand to a 5X. That being said, we are currently gathering size and fit data for a future sizing expansion to 5X! If you'd like to share your measurements with us to help us work on the expansion please send us an email to info@freelabel.com! We'd love to hear from you! In the meantime, we appreciate your patience while we perfect our current plus range.

OTHER FAQ's

Do you offer price adjustments on items that go on promotion?

Unfortunately we do not. We seldom offer discounts on our garments. In the rare case that we do, we ask that you re-order to take advantage of the discount, and simply return the original order (as long as it is in compliance with our return policy - 7 days within receipt of the order).

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! You can purchase a digital gift card here. Please keep in mind that all gift cards are in CAD and are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our gift cards, please email info@freelabel.com

I want to sell Free Label clothing at my boutique.

Unfortunately we are no longer accepting wholesale customers.
