I found the straps did not offer support at all. Felt like a tube top that kept slipping down.
Fabric is so soft though, and felt like it could have potential.
As someone who struggles sensory wise with fabrics/ tightness I could manage. I wish the straps were a bit wider with more support. At the price, I am very sad it’s not everything I had hoped when purchasing.
I love the Carrie it’s so cute. Up untill now I’ve had two Dani and one andie. This is support wise in the middle between the two for me (40 DD ish) I love the scrunch in the middle it’s definitely made to be showed off in my opinion lol. I wish the straps were slightly thicker/sturdier. I love the spaghetti strap look but a thicker fabric or wider strap would help with support my measurements are 47.5 bust 40 band
Straps are a little annoying and awkward but the bra fits really nicely. I am usually in between sizes and I sized up and it fit me very snugly. The bra itself is very comfortable and feels sturdy and supportive.
I own one of each current style (Dani, Becky, Andi) and the Carrie is my absolute favourite. Ordered MD, based on my previous purchases and size chat (34DD) and received SM in error (on launch day purchase of Clay Carrie), discovered I prefer SM in Carrie! Comfortable, perfect bralette for me, I reach for it almost daily. Would welcome a whole drawer of Carrie’s!
Recently post-partum, I have struggled to find a bra that fits my new body and is comfortable and supportive. The Carrie bra is it and I'm so glad I went for it this time around! It has enough support and structure to look good underneath nicer clothes but transitions easily to leisure and light activity. I sized up from my usual (L to XL) for a less restrictive fit and still find that my support needs are met.
