- Please email customer care Jess at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order for the return address and shipping instructions. Please follow the return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions. Returns must be posted within 5 days of receiving instructions.
- We are unable to offer exchanges due to our small batch production; if you would like to exchange a size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you make a new order for the garment, and follow the return instructions below to return the original order.
- All sale or discounted items are final sale.
- Be aware that we cannot not offer returns on any international orders at this time (outside of Canada & the US).
- Please consider the alternative options we provide before sending back your return. We want to reduce your carbon footprint as much as we try to reduce ours and would love for us to work together on this!

- The best thing about our Facebook Group: Free Label Buy, Sell Trade is that you can find gently used items (some even never worn)!
- We always suggest this as your first option before initiating a return because it lessens your carbon footprint! Instead of shipping it back to us you're able to ship it DIRECTLY to the next person who would've purchased it off our site.
- Quick tip: We also do monthly ISO (in-search-of) posts that allow you to quickly find a Free Label piece you've had your eyes looking for. This is the best way to get the pieces that didn't work for you to their next home quickly!
- If you have any questions about fit or would like a second opinion before you send back your Free Label items, we invite you to book a 15 min with Dani during Dani's Office Hours! She can help answer any questions, from how to tie your Reese Pants, to fitting a Frannie Wrap, or just give some feedback on fit! Dani's office hours are open Tuesdays from 11am-12pm PST and Thursdays from 5pm-6pm PST!
- You must email customer care Jess at email@example.com and follow the clear instructions to complete your return.
- Merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must be in perfect-new condition.
- In an effort to reduce waste, please re-use the mailer you received your parcel in and place garments in the compostable bags they arrived in.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. We can not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 5 additional business days to return the funds to your account. Please wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund.
- We do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels at this time
