- Due to our small batch production, we are unable to offer exchanges; if you would like to exchange a size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you make a new order for the garment, and follow the return instructions below to return the original order
- You have 7 days from receiving your full price order for a return.
- If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order for return address and shipping instructions. Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions. Returns must be posted within 5 days of receiving instructions.
- If you are unable to ship your return back within the required 5 days due to COVID 19, we will accept returns for store credit only up to 1 month after you email requesting a return.
- Merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must have original tags.
- In an effort to reduce waste, please re-use the mailer you received your parcel in and place garments in the original clear bags they arrived in.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. We can not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
- All sale or discounted items are final sale.
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 5 additional business days to return the funds to your account. Please wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund.
