Lovely but not for me

I LOVE the way this bra feels and holds me and the fit is spot on. As a short fat person with a large bust, that's a tough order! However, as someone in the midst of menopause, I found the soft fabric SO HOT! I'm kind of a linen dress lady, so I'm not used to this kind of heavy duty stretchy fabric, but it just is a lot of hot fabric that feels even hotter when I'm having a hot flash. Also, after washing, it's taking forever to dry in my humid climate.

Seriously, it's a 5-star garment but for me it's just the wrong time. I'm sincerely hoping it is a better fit for wintertime, because I really like it a lot.

I have other older Andies (XL) and the quality is still superb. Got this to go with the Vanna skirt.

I was a little concerned about tightness with 41” bust and 35” underbust as I don’t like too much compression, but the fit is a charm. I can tell the XL is no longer my size (lost some weight + the fabric relaxing with age) because the underband started riding up onto breast tissue. Something to keep in mind if you size up for comfort.

It is feeling better every day

When I first wore it I thought oh no, wrong size (3X) because it felt so tight! But sure enough, it is relaxing now and we are getting along just fine!

Fabric used to be better

Fabric has changed - is now much thinner and construction doesn’t seem to be as sturdy. Disappointed— the first FL bra I had is the most comfortable, supportive and long lasting thing I’ve ever owned!

Hi there! Thanks for your review! We haven't changed our fabric in 2019 - its still the same custom milled bamboo. But dyes actually hold weight differently on fabric - darker dyed fabric will be slightly thicker/heavier than a light colour. Hope that helps!
