Oh so soft

For reference, I’m 5’4 with a 35” waist and 47” hips and got a L. I’ll be honest, I put these on and was worried because getting over my hips felt akin to putting on shapewear, but once they were on for a bit the fabric started to relax a bit and they were quite comfortable. Usually things don’t fit my bum or thighs right but these had no issue. Although I actually love the weight of the fabric I did think they’d be thicker! Had I sized up these would be great day to day to throw on when it’s hot but at a L on me these will be for around the house/under dresses which is what I intended. The shorts being hard to pull up over my hips is a me problem I think, but I agree some sort of subtle draw string could maybe help with accommodating that.

Perfect snug bike short

I’m between L/XL and opted for the L, as I wanted a more snug fit and knew the fabric would ease with time. For reference, I’m 5’10, 230lbs and my measurements fluctuate between waist 37-39” and hip 47-50”. I’ve always had large, muscular thighs and these fit perfect: great length, a comfortable amount of compression in the waistband, and the fabric is to die for. I will note I was terrified I was going to bust the seams the first time I pulled them on, but they’re sturdy!! Highly recommend

They're comfy

These shorts are nicely designed and comfy. I would love if they had a drawstring because they roll/fall down. I've officially learnt that no legging type bottom will not roll unless it has a drawstring, comes up super high (like FL grant pants) or a reinforced waistband. idc what anyone says. even lulu aligns roll down. and POCKETS on these would make them amazing. I'd suggest going with your size. if in between, size down. they do relax after a few wears.. I' say the waist measurement is most important.

I’m a bike shorts convert

With my 33” waist and 43” hips I found myself wanting a thicker material then what most bike shorts came in. The size large fits me great! These shorts changed my mind that I could feel comfortable and confident when dealing with the heat.
