The size chart put me in a size large, but I saw so many recommendations to size up in the Facebook group that I ordered an XL. For me that turned out to be a mistake. The back/non wrap side was far wider than my body and so stuck out, particularly under the arms, and I wasn’t able to wrap it tightly enough to feel secure. I ended up swapping my XL for a medium on the bst and the fit is much better. I do miss the longer ties and bit of extra boob coverage that I got from the xl, but the medium is by far the better fit. The material feels really good and the suit is incredibly flattering to my hourglass figure. I’ve never felt so body confident in a two piece swimsuit. Some of the tying style variations don’t feel very comfortable, and I think I’ll probably go for the wrap-style the majority of the time.
It look me a few tries to get "good" at tying this swim top into a style that satisfied, but once I mastered it, I was super happy with the looks! The arm holes are a little high, so if that's an issue for you, take it into consideration when choosing a size.
The fabric is beautiful - richer feeling than any swimsuit I’ve owned before, I love the different ways the top can be styled. Definitely fits better the more I wear it.
I have big boobs, and was afraid that the support was not that good as I'm used to, but I was very surprised to see that I could use it in 2 different options with a lot of support and compression : the high neck and the classic one (I have to try others too). I use to wear 3XL clothing and I chose 3XL and the fit was perfect.
I took this top with me on a backpack-style trip to Mexico. I had limited space for multiple suits so I needed the versatility of this top to pull through! I have a small bust but found that this top could be tied in ways that made it more comfortable to be moving on the beach (I.e. playing games on the beach rather than just lounging). I liked that it could be worn as a longline top and it looked great with a wrap skirt for dinner after a swim.
I was hopeful that this suit would dry faster than it did for wearing it back-to-back days, but I did need another suit with me.
