I purchased this in the midnight mauve color, which I am absolutely here for! Gorgeous! My measurements are 42" bust, 35" waist, 47" hip, and I went with the XL - It fits well, is roomy, and not too oversized. I've been enjoying this worn as a duster more than as a dress. I adore it paired with a Rina Tank and linen Rai crops or Loretta pants!

I so badly wanted to adore this dress. I liked everything about it online, the second I saw it I immediately wanted it. I wasn’t sure if 3x would be too small and I thought a bit roomier would be better especially with buttons, but sadly the 4x is just way too big on my body. “The sleeves are huge and it appears shapeless on you” according to every one of my colleagues that I tried it on for. I tried it in again before writing this review but the feedback was unanimous. Unfortunately it’s particularly unflattering on my upper body. It’s no fault in quality, this is a well made garment…sometimes I suppose realistically it’s difficult buying clothing online. I’ve been looking forward to trying something from Free Label for so long, I’m so disappointed that this item was such a miss for me personally.

Extremely comfy dress! I straddled a 3x/4x and I went with 4x to be on the safe side of a button popping at the chest. It’s wonderful! It’s very loose and comfy / I wore it during a heat wave and it felt very comfortable. I can easily wear this out or to work. I really love the colour and feel of the fabric! I can wear shorts underneath without them showing. Would definitely recommend! I think it would look really cute for winter also with stockings and a turtle neck. And I mean!! Pockets!! The best, and they fit my phone easily and no worry of it falling out.

When I first received this, I panicked because it seemed too oversized (M-my reg size) I reached out to Customer Service Jess who confirmed that it would shrink if washed and put in the dryer. Since the S was sold out and I LOVED the colour and feel of the fabric, that’s what I did. It’s still oversized but now in the good way. Love this piece! I’ll be able to style it for all seasons & wear it for many years.
