Introducing the Alicia Short! A limited edition collaboration between Free Label and influencer Alicia Mccarvell. Made from our custom bamboo fabric in a rich steely blue named after Alicia's nephew, these shorts are designed with a high-rise waistband, 7 3/4" inseam, and did we mention - giant pockets?! They're perfect for everyday wear - walking, under skirts to avoid chaffing or lounging around. Like all Free Label products they are designed, knit and sewn in Canada.

Model Details:

  • Daniella is 5'5.5" with a 44" bust, 36" waist and 51" hip and is wearing size XL.
  • Tagnéa is 5'10 with a 36" bust, 30" waist and 42.5" hip and is wearing size M.
  • Jess is 5'8 with a 39" bust, 32" waist and 44" hip and is wearing size L.
  • Alicia has a 49" bust, 44" waist and 58" hip and is wearing size 2X (could also wear 3X)

Anti-bacterial, breathable and durable. Our technical bamboo is custom knit and dyed in Toronto, Canada exclusively for Free Label.  It is buttery soft to the touch and has a substantial and thick (yet breathable) weight. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified.

best shorts I own

Worked on in them already a few times and they have been perfect sweaty companions without any shifting and having to hike them back up. Perfect length and comfort without too much compression for me. Love that I also feel so confident in them that I will be wearing these out in "normal" public too.

The Perfect Shorts

These are the perfect shorts!
-great length, don’t ride up
-perfect rise that stays put
-deep pockets
-soft and stretchy fabric. Feels like a gentle hug, not too compressive.
-Comfortable and cool in the summer heat.

They work wonderfully for my lifestyle as a busy mom of two. Can keep up with my toddler on the playground and also stay up for squatting while doing chores with baby in the carrier.

My current measurements are 44” hip and 35” waist and I went with the size large.

I really love these shorts

I have 3 pairs of Sarah shorts already. These have a pocket which is the one thing I wish those pairs had for certain situations. And now I can own both! Free Label bamboo is the only thing I want on my legs in the summer, under skirts, etc. It's so great.
