Introducing the Alicia Short! A limited edition collaboration between Free Label and influencer Alicia Mccarvell. Made from our custom bamboo fabric in a rich steely blue, these shorts are designed with a high-rise waistband, 7 3/4" inseam, and did we mention - giant pockets?! They're perfect for everyday wear - walking, under skirts to avoid chaffing or lounging around. Like all Free Label products they are designed, knit and sewn in Canada.

Model Details:

  • Daniella is 5'5.5" with a 44" bust, 36" waist and 51" hip and is wearing size XL.
  • Tagnéa is 5'10 with a 36" bust, 30" waist and 42.5" hip and is wearing size M.
  • Jess is 5'8 with a 39" bust, 32" waist and 44" hip and is wearing size L.
  • Alicia has a 49" bust, 44" waist and 58" hip and is wearing size 2X (could also wear 3X)

-Ethically made in Vancouver, Canada

-Ultra high rise waistband

-7 3/4" Inseam is long enough to prevent uncomfortable chafing

-Flat lock seams are durable and smooth against your skin

-Two super deep pockets to store your goodies

-Soft compression fit offers tummy support

-True to size. May be shiny at first, but will go away with wear once the garment relaxes

TECHNICAL BAMBOO | 85% Rayon made from Bamboo/ 15% Spandex 

Anti-bacterial, breathable and durable. Our technical bamboo is custom knit and dyed in Toronto, Canada exclusively for Free Label.  It is buttery soft to the touch and has a substantial and thick (yet breathable) weight. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified.

Slide Down

I love the color, and the fit is pretty good, but as I’m walking they slide down, leading me to constantly have to hike them back up. And they roll down when I do yoga. I’m really sad.

Favourite bike shorts!

LOVE these shorts so much! I have other FL shorts and like them, but find they still roll down a bit. These ones don't AT ALL. Even when I throw a few things in the very sleek but roomy pockets. Big deal for my XL wearing belly and hips. Plus the fabric is so soft. I hope they keep this specific cut in the regular summer offering rotation.

soft, breathable, *pockets*

Perfect. Exactly what I need for summers. Blessedly large-sized pockets good for phones and keys - their side orientation works so well - things don't fall out while you're biking. Chafe protection. Natural fibres that feel good on your skin. Good on their own. Good as a set. Good under a skirt or dress. I would buy in other colours too when they *hopefully* come out!
