The Thompson is the ultimate lounge bra! We like to say the Thompson is one step up from wearing no bra at all.

Unlike the Andie It has a scoop neck (instead of a v-neck) and when flipped around, a high neck, to offer two unique looks. We added more depth than the Andie to increase maximize comfort.

TECHNICAL BAMBOO | 85% Bamboo rayon / 15% Spandex

This technical Bamboo is custom knit and dyed locally in Toronto, Canada exclusively for Free Label.  It is butter soft to the touch and has a substantial and thick (yet breathable) weight. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified.

SUPIMA COTTON | 100% USA Grown Supima Cotton

This American grown, extra-long staple cotton is custom knit and dyed locally in Toronto, Canada exclusively for Free Label. This cotton is ultra durable and soft, making it the perfect material for your long lasting basics. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified.

ECO-WOVEN BLEND | 35% Cupro / 35% Linen / 30% Tencel

We sourced this unique fabric in Montreal, Canada. It takes our three favorite eco-friendly woven fabrics and combines it into one luxurious textile. Cupro is an ethical alternative to silk, Linen is organic and biodegradable, and Tencel is made in a closed loop system and is biodegradable. Mid-weight, ultra silky, wrinkle resistant, and durable, this blend is unlike any you've tried before. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX®.

CUSTOM LINEN | 100% Flax Linen

We work with an eco-certified mill in China to custom weave our Linen. We use a beautiful flax linen grown in France, then dyed and woven in China. Our linen is different because its slightly heavier than a typical summer linen, is more resistant to pilling, and is not pre-shrunk, meaning you can create your own custom fit. Wash cold and hang to dry to keep the fit, or use the dryer to shrink the fit slightly. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified.

LYOCELL KNIT | 66% Lyocell, 28% Organic Cotton, 6% Spandex

This smooth knit fabric is as sustainable as it is substantial and soft. Lyocell is made in a closed loop system and is a biodegradable fabric. Plus its insanely comfortable. Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® and GOTS certified.

Less but better. That's our motto. Our garments are made by hand with care. This results in a high quality garment. That being said, knit garments require just as much love and care throughout their lifetime. This means always washing in cold water with like fabrics and hanging to dry.  We do not recommend using a dryer or heat on your Free Label garments.
Some fabrics like our Supima Cotton and Linen can be tumble dried, but we still recommend line drying when possible to be kind to the earth.

Worth the wait

I waited a LONG time to finally pull the trigger on this gal and man oh man, it is everything I’d hoped it would be! I wear a 38/40 C bra and was unsure about the fit, the size L fits great and is just perfectly supportive enough. I LOVE that it’s reversible!! Fits great on both sides.

Most comfortable bra

I have a 36.5-37" bust (32D) and purchased the Thompson Bra in medium. I love the fit--incredibly comfortable, good coverage, limited compression. I think I could have sized down for a more compressive fit (I have an Andie in small), but that's not what I was after with this bra as I'll mostly be wearing it for everyday use rather than any sort of high-impact working out. I have a soft tummy and really like how this size/fit doesn't cut in anywhere. The fabric is dreamy and I adore the copper colour. I'm only sad that I waited so long to try this style of bra... Thanks Free Label!

Comfy and perfect!

I loooove this bra, I got a large size and wear bra size 38DDD typically and it fits perfectly - enough compression that I feel confident but also loose enough that it is comfy.

Game changer!

I can't even believe how comfy this bra is. I've worn it almost every day since purchasing. I'm a 36C / 39" bust, and I got a Medium. I feel lightly supported - enough to hang out around the house and be out running errands, but not enough for more physical activity. I almost wonder if I should have gotten a Small because I tend to like more compression (especially knowing it will relax a bit), but I'm really happy with the maximum comfort option. I'll try a more compressive FL bra on my next order!

I love this bra! I don't know if you an even call it a bra because it is so comfy.

The Thompson bra is so comfortable that you can wear it to sleep. I feel supported but not constrained. It isn't the type of bra that you would wear for exercise but is perfect for lounging.
