This ridiculously cozy, oversized Superfine Alpaca cardigan is substantial but surprisingly lightweight. Finished with huge pockets, ribbed details and a stunning funnel neck, this piece was designed to bring you joy for decades to come.

SUPERFINE ALPACA | 89% superfine alpaca, 11% recycled polyamide

Alpacas are beloved animals in Peru. Once the alpacas are shaved, the raw wool is completely hand sorted – the skilled women who work in these processing facilities are so familiar with the texture and feel of wool they can sort it by hand-feel alone.

Superfine alpaca has a cashmere-soft feel. It’s surprisingly lightweight yet still helps regulate body temperature. So you get all the warmth without the bulk. We add a touch of recycled polyamide to ensure the garment keeps its shape over the decades.

Less but better. That's our motto.

Spot clean and wash sparingly - wool is self cleaning! Handwash with gentle detergent in cold for best results. Lay flat on a towel and roll to wring out water, then lay flat to dry.

Please note: we ship our Canadian made product from Canada. USA and International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties and tariffs at the border, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay.

CANADA: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200. For smaller orders the cost of shipping is calculated at check out via Canada Post expedited parcel with a tracking number.
USA: Due to the US government's removal of the de minimis exemption, our last day to accept US orders was August 24th, 2025. As of now, US shipping will be unavailable until further notice.
INTERNATIONAL: The cost of shipping is calculated at check out via International Airmail (typically 6-13 business days).

All Archive Sale products are final sale. No exchanges, refunds or rain checks.

To initiate a return for full price items, you must email customer care Jess at info@freelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order for shipping instructions and a $15 flat fee return shipping label. Your garment must be in perfect new condition. Please follow the return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions. Returns must be posted within 5 days of receiving instructions.
