Claims for packages marked delivered yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy”, must be made 5 days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found within the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not delivered), must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last scan.

If you did not include any package protection in your order, Free Label is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you feel as though your package has been lost or damaged, please submit a claim with the carrier.


If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on full price garments unless otherwise noted on the product page. Soft and comfortable

This turtleneck is so comfortable. The neck fits just right, not so tight as to be constricting but not so loose that it doesn’t sit nicely on your neck. The fabric is very soft and it’s a perfect weight to layer under a suit jacket. The neutral color makes it so versatile - I’ve already reached for it a number of times in the short period since I received it.

Slim fit, buttery soft and a classic staple for my wardrobe. I love this top and find myself excitedly reaching for it often.
Bust: 57 inches Waist: 53 inches and I bought the 4x. It's a slim fit, perfect for tucking into jeans.

Perfect turtleneck

I've been a Free Label fan for a number of years. The Lindsey Turtleneck is perfect. It's thick and a slim fit that isn't too tight. The neckline sits well and doesn't flop down. My measurements are 39" bust and 30" waist. I purchased a size large in black and it fits me perfectly. I feel confident and stylish in this piece. It is going to be a long term staple and I will buy other colours.

Buttery soft hug in shirt form

Like wearing a second skin… absolutely in love with this piece! I’m usually a medium in tops but ordered a small for a snugger fit to wear as a layer underneath other pieces and sweaters. Will gradually be collecting one in every colour when stock returns!!
