To initiate a return for full price items, you must email customer care Jess at info@freelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order for shipping instructions and a $15 flat fee return shipping label. Your garment must be in perfect new condition. Please follow the return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions. Th best bra and undies !

I just received my picante bra and underwear. I already have 5 of the Carrie bras and of course they are amazing ! This bra feels like clouds , gives great support and looks cute as even a top under my white button up Tommy shirt😉. The colour is perfect! I also received my first pair of kealy underwear which I was really nervous to order. I recently had had abdominal surgery so I'm a little bit cautious of anything pressing too hard on my tummy . They feel wonderfully supportive but not too tight and have awesome coverage. I would absolutely recommend both of these pieces.I will definitely be ordering more of the undies.❤️ Thank you once again Free Label for being all inclusive in your sizing and making such beautiful pieces.

Very good bra!

I really like this bra! I ordered a size large, as I had ordered another style in a medium and found it was too constricting on my rib cage. But the large is definitely more roomy than I would have preferred. I would order it again in a medium. However, the straps dig into my shoulders a little. If they were a sturdier fabric somehow, I think that would be better. Overall, it is a good bra though!

Overall a good bra

I love the color, softness of fabric, thoughtful design, and the brand and heart behind it. A couple of things to note about the design: there is a piece of clear elastic (plastic?) sewn into the band—this may be there for the stretch needed, but note that it does make contact with your skin—and the hardware is plastic rather than metal, the latter of which I felt might offer greater strength and longevity to the garment. Otherwise, after hearing it recommended several times for bustier types, I finally got one to try out and do love and wear it often! For reference, last I was measured I was somewhere between a 30DDD and a 32DD, then two pregnancies and two years of breastfeeding later felt drawn to bras that can accomodate fluctuation while offering comfort and support—a size medium Carrie bra does just that.
