Alpacas are beloved animals in Peru. Once the alpacas are shaved, the raw wool is completely hand sorted – the skilled women who work in these processing facilities are so familiar with the texture and feel of wool they can sort it by hand-feel alone.

Superfine alpaca has a cashmere-soft feel. It’s surprisingly lightweight yet still helps regulate body temperature. So you get all the warmth without the bulk. We add a touch of recycled polyamide to ensure the garment keeps its shape over the decades.

Less but better. That's our motto.

Handwash in cold for best results. Lay flat on a towel and roll to wring out water, then lay flat to dry.
