Incredibly sad

Devastated by the lack of quality in this and other garments. Even worse is customer service placing the blame on me for not caring for the garment correctly (even though I wash exactly as the tag says and never dry)

like a lot but not love

The bamboo fabric that Free Label uses on thier pieces is unparalleled in comfort and luxury. every time I wear one of thier pieces it's a genuine treat to have on my skin. that being said, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the Kealy undies. the support, waistband, gorgeous rich colours and super high rise I love but something about the leg holes feels a bit uncomfy and the hem around them gives me a bit of a prominent panty line under my regular work pants. I would be so stoked to wear a very slightly tweaked version of these

I’m in love with these! They are so comfy and having me feeling pretty. Would love if you would come out with an all cotton or other fabric instead of the inclusion of spandex.

Comfy undies!

Love these kealy undies!! So sad I missed out on the colours I wanted, but will keep my eye out for more! They have a wide gusset which is not the usual for most underwear. They feel like legless Robson tights, but could be lowered slightly in the waist height. I am an XL in both the Robson tight and Kealy undie. 40” waist and 50” hip!

The nearly-perfect panty

I am a die-hard fan of free label bamboo. It’s the most luxurious, comfortable, hard-working fabric I’ve ever come across and free label always knocks it out of the park in terms of look and function. These undies are no exception. They’re so comfortable, the seams don’t chafe, and the top band lays flat and stays put. My only complaint - and I can’t believe I’m going to say this, I didn’t think this limit existed for me - is that they’re slightly TOO high waisted, and the leg-hole coverage is slightly too much. They would be a bit more comfortable with a bit more room in the leg-holes, and the undies peek out of the top of even my highest rise pants. This won’t stop me from keeping all 5 pairs that I bought, or from ordering more in the future, but a few teeny tiny tweaks would officially make these the world’s best underwear.
