Please note: we ship our Canadian made product from Canada. USA and International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties and tariffs at the border, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay.
CANADA: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200. For smaller orders the cost of shipping is calculated at check out via Canada Post expedited parcel with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200. For smaller orders the cost of shipping is calculated at check out via Canada Post expedited parcel with a tracking number. (typically 6-13 business days).

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any discounted items, undies, or accessories like scrunchies or totes.
All Archive Sale products or products discounted 15% or more are final sale. No exchanges, refunds or rain checks.
To initiate a return for full price items, you must email customer care Jess at info@freelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order for shipping instructions and a $15 flat fee return shipping label for Canada and USA - at cost for International. Your garment must be in perfect new condition. Please follow the return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions. Returns must be posted within 5 days of receiving instructions.
